The two servers I have the AD agent installed on has a status of Disrupted on the Okta Dashboard. The service is running and I don't see any relevant errors in Event Viewer logs so I am not sure why the service is disrupted. The agent is on the latest version and I have rebooted the servers.

Worked with Okta support and the servers time was off and did not match Okta's. Followed the instructions listed here and it resolved the issue
