Hi,
we are getting "Internal server error" for a user, who is trying to login to Okta Dashboard, there are no events in syslog pointing to that failure.

However in our case we don't have "Desktop Single Sign-On (SSO) via Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA)". Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

I've checked status.okta.com and there is no known system issue currently.
If just one users is affected by this, it could an environmental issue.
Have them try a different browser/network/device and review their authentication flow to ensure they are using the correct URL for login.
