Hi everyone,
I have a question about the OktaService account used during AD Agent installation.
Does the OktaService account password follow the Active Directory password policy, or does Okta manage it separately?

It depends on where the OktaService account is located, but I think you are referring to the one you create in AD. If that is the case then it will follow the AD Password Policy.
