Hi, I'm new to Okta administration and I'm trying to see if there's a way to require users to do MFA prior to entering their password? Setting attempt limits on users won't work since the password bombardment is non stop. And if we do the restrictions, then it would disable the user from legitimately logging in. Open to any idea and insights. Thanks!

At this time there is no way to have MFA in front of the password prompt, users will always be prompted for a password and only after a valid password the MFA prompt will be shown.
One thing you could do is to remove the password and user passwordless authentication which will have the users only use MFA for login and not password + MFA.
