Directory Integration Mappings - Overwrite New

We have a directory integration with our on prem AD that had an incorrect attribute mapping. We corrected the mapping in the Profile Editor and fixed the "To Okta" mapping in the directory integration and did a full sync but the values in the incorrect mapping still exist and the new mapping value still appears blank. Is there any way to update this for all users? Note: This is in our dev environment and all the users are "staged" if that makes a difference.

    When fixing the "to Okta" mapping you need to select "Apply updates now".  

    MappingsCheck to see if the fix was valid by leveraging the preview option on the bottom of the mappings Page. 

    PastedIf you are dealing with users imported form AD, the profile listed as "Profile sourced by Active Directory and you are leveraging attribute values from the AD side to populate the Okta Profile, check the "Additional Active Directory Attributes" to see if the attributes are listed. 

    Under an affected user's profile, check for the following: 

    Reset 

    Additional
