Hello, two months ago I joined on okta developer edition service. I got an instance on [REDACTED by Moderator]. Right now, I can't log in on that link ("Unable to sign in"), and I can't use the forgot password, or unlock account button. Also, because I created that with my work email, I'm not able to create another instance anymore. Can someone help me with reseting password/unlocking account?

I've checked the record from the Community side and unfortunately there is nothing we can do from my team's side.
I recommend checking with our colleagues via developers@okta.com to see if they can assist with you recovering access to your org.
