Hi
It's possible create approval workflow if admin add user in to group (not associate with role) and then send e-mail to Manager or App owner
I try to create util approval step I have no idea how we can create or check after Manager approve or denied ?

While this is not my area of expertise, I ran it by my Workflows colleagues and they confirmed that while this might not be impossible to achieve it would be unnecessarily complicated and would require additional integrations such as Slack / Teams to eventually achieve.
They recommend perhaps looking into an OIG implementation instead.
