Desktop MFA application - unable to add (not a trial), this feature isn't enabled

Hi,

Whats wrong here? I'm trying to add Desktop MFA but no success:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000008eL9A

Verified widgets:

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000008eL9U

and it is enabled...

and it is not a trial account...

Regards

Hi @User17232293262055943429 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

The feature is dependent on additional flags being enabled on the tenant.

Please note that additional feature enablement is not available for free developer/trial accounts.

If you have a paid account, please open a case or call the support line.

If you do not have an account with us, but are still interested in the feature, please contact our colleagues from the Okta Sales team.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

  • Hi,

Its not a trial but not sure if it is free developer. How to check (does okta.dev-6xxxxx mean developer)?

I cannot open a case, there is separate post for this issue.

    Thanks

      Hi @User17232293262055943429 (Customer) ,

If you are not under contract with us and have a designated Account Executive, it means you have a free account.

Also, yes, that type of naming format for the tenant is typical for developer orgs.
