Unable to login to Okta Developer server with admin accounts
Hi team,
I applied the developer edition of okta and got the okta dev org server which I used for testing Okta integration with our applications.
From last couple of days, I want to try skip the MFA Token step to login admin page so I try to disable the MFA Token authentication in admin page.
But after that, the okta org URL can’t login with my admin account. I also try to rest my password and the page not allow me to do reset(Reset password is not allowed at this time. Please contact support for assistance).
Not sure if there any lock or other problem for my account or our dev org URL. Please help have a look.
I also send the email to community@okta.com with the necessary information.

The MFA is required for the Admin page and since you removed the MFA that would be the root cause of you issue. If from the Community email there is nothing we can do, we would recommend to create a new Dev tenant.

@Paul S. (Okta, Inc.) If any possible to create a new Dev tenant by same Email address? I try it and reject my request which said already sign up there.
Or it need contact the developer team can help delete my existing one then I can going to create new one?
Hello @pq24m (pq24m) You need to use a new email address, as the one used will not no longer can be used to create an account.
