How to Skip auto-enrolling email authenticator?
As we prepare to migrate to the new OIE I would like to leave email authentication as an optional method, for those who want to use it. There is an article here: https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/content/topics/identity-engine-upgrade/skip-auto-enrolling-email.htm but I am not seeing how to actually change the setting.
Can anyone provide some guidance? I have looked under Settings -> Features but I do not see a setting option for this.
