Why I can't Assign Applications to Groups or Assign Groups to Applications

When I click the button , the button color didn't change but its background became light-blue. When I click "done" nothing happens.

    Make sure that your session in the Okta Admin console is still active. If your session expires, you may need to re-authenticate.

     

    If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please take a screenshot so we can see how it manifests? Does this happen for any apps or just for a specific one? Do you see any error message or red exclamation mark?
