google forms with Bamboo as a master with okta
we have a bambooHR integration with okta -bambooas a master, users are created 5 days before onboarding in okta, we would like to integrate a google form that will take this user that is created, let our HR team fill in the missing data such as Division,Department, Team etc.. since we have okta rules that are based on speicifc fields, and add it to the user to add permissions in automation, is it possible? how can we do that?

This not something available out-of-the-box with the Okta implementation.
You can perhaps check with my colleagues on the Workflows Discussion Group, to see if they have an idea of how/if this could be implemented via Workflows.
If you have a paid account with us, you can also check with your Okta Account Executive to see if perhaps the Professional Services team handles something like this.
In the meantime, if you would like to see such a feature being implemented in the Okta Product in the future, you can suggest it on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
