I would like to trigger a flow if a user attempted to access an app they were not assigned to. I do not see an Okta event for this or the ability to define an event hook. Am I missing something? Thanks.
I'm not sure of your overall design, but you can set the custom error page of an app to be the API endpoint of a flow. Then you can return a custom error via a return or return raw card.
