Hi Everyone,
I try to configure OKTA with Salesforce for provisioning users to my salesforce sandbox. When i configure Provisioning by the API integration at Salesforce Application in OKTA, it ask for the Salesforce.com
credentials to enable user import and provisioning features. When I enter the Admin credentials it display the Error "Could not verify the Salesforce administrator login and password; please confirm that these are set correctly" .
In Okta, I set Instance Type = Sandbox
Does anyone know what could be wrong? any helps are appreciated.

Hi @05a1d (05a1d) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
You can access an instructions document with custom data to help you navigate the process by accessing the Salesforce app (in the Admin console, go to Applications > Applications > Salesforce) on the Sign-On tab on the right side of the screen under "View SAML setup instructions". It can also be helpful to troubleshoot the integration by comparing what you have in Okta and Salesforce to the document.

Thanks for your comments. But it didn't work. SSO works fine. But failed on provisioning.
@05a1d (05a1d) , I've found an older post discussing this matter. Maybe you will find it useful.
In case you've upgraded to OAuth, you can review this article on Salesforce API OAuth Error "Could not verify Salesforce administrator credentials".
