Need to cleanup/manage the amount of unused but active Okta applications in our tenant

I'm looking to clean up/deactivate unused applications in my companies Okta tenant. Our company has a few hundred applications in our tenant, and there are many that are unused. My first thought was to check the applications for ones that haven't been use in the past 90 days and compare that to all active applications, try to find what's not in use, reach out to users and check whether they are still needed, and deactivate them. But give the number of applications we have, that seems to an incredibly time consuming processes. Is there a better way to get a list of unused applications, or a way to see the last time the apps were used, even beyond the 90 days that Okta usually keeps logs?
