Is it possible to increase the number of digits for MFA authenticators like Phone/SMS/Voice, Okta Verify and Google Authenticator. I've searched and cannot find any indication that any can support anything other than 6 digits. If anyone can provide documentation to the contrary that would be much appreciated. This feature isn’t currently on the Roadmap.
If you have a paid account, you can suggest it on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted on and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and implemented.
