Where Can I Evidence Showing That Number of Digits in SMS MFA Passcode Is At Least 6 Digits

Hi-

Our auditor is requesting evidence/documentation showing that the SMS passcode used for MFA is at least 6 digits. I was unable to find anything definitive in documentation or knowledge base. Can you please point me in the right direction or provide me the evidence?

After further review of what you would like to do, essential lengthening the Pin code from 5 to 6 is not capable at the moment. Please review the screenshot below.

Although there isn’t a resolution to your request, you are welcome to make a feature request over the Okta community.

    Hi, Bogdan...

Thank you for the response. However, I'm not sure you understood my question. The code length is 6 and I don't want to change it to more or less than 6. I just need documentation from Okta to share with our auditor to show them that the SMS MFA passcode Okta sends to phones is 6 digits, which is the minimum number they accept. Also, I don't see any screenshots in your reply.
