Our team is attempting to connect a webform to constant contact. We are using the service integrately.com. While attempting to connect between integrately.com and constant contact, we receive an error regarding the redirect uri.
Integrately.com support provides instructions for this, which include logging into okta.com. We have not used this service or heard of it before. Yet, it accepts our Constant Contact login information. We are prompted to set up 2FA, which we do, are then able to login to Okta.com. However, none of the features ( such as a list of apps ) is available. We are told to contact the administrator.
How do we get an administrator account?

If you are not familiar with the implementation, it means you are not the ones that set it up.
While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider, in this case I assume it is integrately.com .
Please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
