I want to fully delete my Okta Integrator tenant/account/instance. I only created it to do a lab in Okta Learning and have no further use for it.
There isn't a self-service option for this and every visible avenue is pushing me around in circles.
This question suggests emailing support: https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00007JVwScCAL/delete-my-account
However, upon doing that I got an automated reply saying "In order to better serve our customers, this email address is no longer being used for new case submission." and directing me to this portal. Accessing the "Open case" page (https://support.okta.com/help/s/opencase) yields "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case".
This is very frustrating!

If you have a paid account with us, please reach out to your Okta Account Executive to discuss the contract cancelation and org deactivation.
If you don't have your Okta Account Executive contact information, please open a case with our colleagues from the Okta Support team and they will reach out internally for details, validation and clarifications.
If you have a free trial/developer/integrator account, please note that these fall outside of the scope of support.
You can submit a request via this form for data deletion if needed.
