we have two Macs that get this error. Neither the 'Re-enroll' link works nor does the button for 'Remove account'. How can we fix this? Thank you !

This could be caused by stale files left behind by the old configuration. I would recommend to remove Okta verify completely from the Mac and then do a fresh install.
