Hi,
I attempted to create an Okta developer account using the Google sign-in option with the email itadmin@concordant.io . However, I encountered a "403 Access Forbidden" error and couldn't connect.
I tried clearing cookies and using a different browser, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist?

Something in your enrollment flow is not conforming to the enrollment policies.
I recommend, signing up using an email address instead of social login and perhaps attempting a different network.
