Hi Team, We were trying to add new bio metric security key in our smartphone however when we scan the QR code in Android device we are getting error "Something went wrong". Everything working fine in the iPhone device only some Smartphone devices are having issue reading the QR code. We even tried with third party QR scanner but no luck. So, I would like to ask the community if you have any idea or solution to add the biometric Authenticator in the Android device.

Let's rule out the basics first. Try to go through the following pointers and make sure everything is in order:
A) The device's time and time zone are set to Automatic. If they are already set to Automatic, restart your device to allow the time to sync.
B) Your network connection is stable.
C) The latest version of Okta Verify is installed on your device.
D) Ensure that battery optimization settings don’t restrict Okta Verify from functioning.

That being said, if you still encounter problems, please reach out to your company's or service provider's IT support for an in-depth investigation of the issue.
