Is there a new place to open a support case with Okta? I remember being able to view my cases under my profile drop down, but that option seemed to have disappeared.

This could be related to the recent changes to the Okta Help Center. Please check the following article:

If you have a paid account and you are a SuperAdmin and are experiencing issues with the Support case creation, please call the Okta Support line directly at (800) 219-0964.
