Not getting success or error logs in below case - External okta IDP

I am facing challenge in setting up external okta idp.

Below is the saml and idp mapping, is there any issue why i am not getting success/ error logs for this case.

    The best we can offer at this point is general guidance and possible articles depending on what specifically you are experiencing. 

    At first glance, there is nothing explicitly wrong with your configuration but it all depends on your explicit requirements. 

    If the users are already present in Okta, you can review the configuration to make sure that the attributes matching. 

    If the users do not already exist in Okta, you will need to review the JIT Settings (Just-in-Time) to ensure the users are created on login.
