Admins cant login to Okta Admin Dashboard

 

None of our admins can log in to the Okta admin dashboard.

 

We only receive a 403 Forbidden page and this error in the URL:

 

&error=server_error&error_description=The authorization server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request

      We are using the developer version, our account is:

      The behavior exhibited by the application is an infinite loop of redirects after the login screen between the following URLs:

       

      /login/sessionCookieRedirect?checkAccountSetupComplete=true&token=REDACTED&redirectUrl=

      Redacted by Moderator

       

      /oauth2/v1/authorize/redirect?okta_key=REDACTED

       

      and

       

      /policy/second-factor?fromURI=/oauth2/v1/authorize/redirect?okta_key=REDACTED&ruleId=REDACTED&appInstanceId=REDACTED

       

      On the enroll screen, no MFA method is presented for selection, and we are immediately redirected to the authorized and policy screens ad infinitum.

       

      This problem started after the removal of the MFA application rule for specific groups, as we will no longer be requesting MFA for any user groups.

       

      We have no access from any super or admin accounts, and we also don't have any valid ssw tokens to make changes via the API, although users and admins are still able to log in to the registered applications.

       

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.
