Hello,
We implemented Self Service Registration for our main application (eServices2.tropical.com ) two years ago. Also implemented an Okta workflow to automatically initiate user profile in our logistics systems upon Okta user registration. That has been working fine since.
Recently we developed a new mobile app that needs same Okta hosted sign-in and Self Registration.
Issues:
1.We see only single self registration form available for both apps

2.The mobile app has its unique requirements for self-service registration form. Also, it doesn't need Okta workflow to run to get access to logistics system.
3.We would like to know how to make the registration page unique for different apps, or how to differentiate the registration between the different apps. Couldn't see a way to configure uniquely in Okta administration pages. Also, couldn't find any helpful Okta documentation regarding this. Pease guide us on how implement, any helpful resources would be helpful.

By default the Self Registration page is setup per Organisation and not per application, however you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.

Additionally I would recommend to leverage the Okta Developer forums maybe they can provide other options to achieve this though the Okta Hosted Sign in widget.
