We have a requirement to integrate Salesforce Community Websites (4 websites) with Okta for SSO and User Registration and each community has different requirement to gather user information/attributes to register and sign in. So wanted to check whether Okta supports multiple Self-Service Registration or not. If yes, would like to have documentation link or how to achieve it.

At this time there is no way to have multiple Self-Service registration forms, only one can be in place per org.
However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
