Okta consistently breaks automated testing
Are there any ways around Okta's consistent changes on its login screens for automated testing? They always change the selectors for email, "Next" button, password, and "Submit" button which makes it complicated for teams to consistently run tests because these changes can come at any moment without advanced notice. Is this a practice that Okta can stop doing to help its partner teams cut down on the last minute changes that could stop critical deploys from happening because name="email" has arbitrarily been changed to name="placement" ?

You should have some control over this via the Customizations options and perhaps Styling options.
You can suggest also suggest additional options or improvements on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
