Intermittently seeing an error message when I access an application through SP Initiated. I am unable get the reason for this message and resolution also.
"Looks like we have some problems on our end.........."

The error that you are seeing could indicate a miss-configuration, I would recommend to review the Okta System logs and see if there are any indications of the exact issue there or try running a SAML trace when doing the authentication to pinpoint where the error is happening.
If you are not an admin, we recommend to reach out to your internal IT department, and they should be able to provide additional assistance on this matter.

Thank you for looking at this question and your response.
We are not seeing any failure logs in Okta and as I mentioned, this is intermittent issue.
I have validated the SAML requests in both the cases and no difference.
