SCIM Issue for group devops4SG_github_045_SGEC_MODULES

Hello,

The 7/5 at 15:01PM I had a SCIM issue with Group devops4SG_github_045_SGEC_MODULES

Almost 22 users has been removed from Github by SCIM.

I cannot explain why the users has been removed as they seems to be still in Okta group devops4SG_github_045_SGEC_MODULES

Can you investigate?

Best Regards,

Sébastien

Hi @SebastienM.63770 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I recommend reviewing the Okta System Logs for events along that time-frame.

You can narrow down things by querying the specific app via an explicit search.

Example: target.id eq "0oad726j9123YQwMla0x7" and target.type eq "AppInstance"

-where "0oad726j9123YQwMla0x7 " is the app ID.

Alternatively, you can go to the app's page in your Okta Admin Dashboard, and click on "View Logs".

The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.

If you have an account with us, you can open a case to work with our Support Team to investigate the matter. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
