I'm attempting to integrate my Azure B2C application with Okta for single sign-on (SSO) login. Although I've set up my application in Okta, the claim value isn't returning the email. Could you please advise on how to configure it correctly?

It all depends on how the configuration looks like.
If you are using Okta as IDP, then the simple way to do this would be to configure the Office 365 application as it also gives access to Provisioning features, for this please see our doc below:

If you are using Azure as the IDP, then the problem might be in the mappings that are set for the application. For this once you setup the IDP in Okta, you can navigate to Directories->Profile editor and the IDP application. For this please see our doc below:
