Active Directory profile mapping on create only
We would like to populate a profile field (secondEmail) from Active Directory during the account creation process. However, we don't want the field to update (or reset) if the user changes there recovery address in Okta. On the profile mapping screen (Active Directory -> Okta), I only see the option "Apply mapping on user create and update". On other profile mapping screens I also see "Apply mapping on user create" (so presumably not on update).
Thoughts on why that option is missing?

Since Active Directory is your Profile Source then the option for "Apply mapping on Create only" is not available, and this is expected behaviour at this time.
However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
