Assigned User Not able to see Delegated Flow after creating custom admin role

I have created a delegated flow in okta workflows. Then created a custom admin role having access to that delegated flow. And assigned one user to that role. But now when that user logs in, he is not able to see that delegated flow. Attached is the screenshot of his Delegated Flow view. It is blank.

    @t9akm (t9akm)​  -- Is the flow turned on? Does a Super Admin see the Delegated Flow? What I am asking is if this is a problem with the flow you created or if it is a permissions issue. If a Super Admin can see/interact with it from the Admin UI then the issue is permissions which really isn't a "Workflows" problem and is some sort of permissions issue with the setup.

    @TimL.58332 (Workflows)​  yes flow is turned on and Super Admin can see the Delegated Flow. Can you redirect to the right people then. I am attaching here more details for the reference like how my resource set looks like, how is my custom admin role and my delegated flow as on. This custom admin role I ahve assigned to a user who is not able to see anything in his Delegated flows

    @t9akm (t9akm)​  -- I can't reproduce a problem.

     

    Steps to attempt to reproduce:

     

    1) Created a new role -> wfDelegated with just the 2 Workflow permissions

    2) Created a new Resource set with a specific existing Delegated Flow as a target

    3) Created a new user in Okta

    4) Added the Admin role (created above) to the user with the new resource set

    5) Logged the user into my tenant for the first time and navigated to "Admin" and logged in

      @TimL.58332 (Workflows)​ I again tried doing it following your steps as well but still User cant see delegated flows. There is also one thing that I noticed here is whenever user logs in to admin/getting-started page, it gives 403 error. And then on click of go to homepage, he is able to see the dashboard. So can it be something related to this as well? Or is it something else. May be if you can try doing this in my cell, may help reproducing this error:
