Good morning,
We have been experiencing an issue with Workday to Okta imports not picking up every user during import. We have made sure there is a start date for the user and that date has passed. It does not seem to be a position/title issue as we have other users with the same title that have been imported. I have looked at every help article that Okta has provided for online but non of them address this issue. Has anyone else ran into this issue and found a solution? Thanks for all the help!
