I have a superadmin account and trying to open a case, but the error appears:
You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case
It looks like you are authenticated as a 'Community Only User'. Please logout and login using your Okta Administrator credentials to access this page"
I tried following the article https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/assigning-the-case-admin-permission-to-okta-admins?language=en_US but even after applying the new role to my admin, i still can't create a case, the same message appears.

Please read these articles and ask another admin to open a case on your behalf with Support or, if you don't have any other admin, send an email to community@okta.com with your email and tenant.
