Hi there.
We are experiencing an issue with an iOS App (OneHub) and connection to our Okta Tenant.
The Single sign-on configuration is working correctly, and users can log into the website without any issues. However, when we try and sign in to the OneHub app, we experience an issue.
Users enter their username (email address) into the OneHub app and this opens a separate browser which redirects to the Okta Sign-In screen (Picture 1).
Once the user details have been confirmed, they are successfully signed into the OneHub app, however, it stays in the separate browser and not actually into the app (Picture 2).
This issue only appears to be happening with the iOS app, not the Google PlayStore app.
OneHub themselves are reporting that all they can see is a successful sign-in so I am wondering if there is something amiss with the SSO configuration.

Hello @4fffd (4fffd) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Since this users are able SSO it is highly unlikely that the SSO is the problem here. Also since all other applications are woking as intended, the problem might be the iOS application.
I would recommend to continue working with the OneHub support and resolve this issue, as this issue seems to be on their side.
