Not able to log into my organisation account

I go to https://<my organisation>.okta.com/<route/to/homepage>

I successfully login with my password

I open the app which requires MFA authentication

it sends me the push to my phone to the OKTA application

I click "Yes, it's me" in the OKTA application

I see red snackbar "Failed to send push authentication response"

I choose "Verify with something else"

Select "Enter a code"

Enter a code from the OKTA application

I see message that code is incorrect

    The problem might be with the time on your phone, which is not the same with the time on the computer your are using. Please try the following:

    Okta Verify app time is synchronized with the device time.

    1. Open the Okta Verify app

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Click "Sync Okta Verify Time"

    Also please make sure the Time and Time Zone are set to Automatic. If they already are, please switch to Manual and restart the device.

    I use macOS (Sonoma 14.4.1) and iOS (17.4.1) devices. They are paired. Both have “Set date and time automatically” option turned on. Both devices use latest OS available. Okta Verify version is 9.15.0 (last available).

    Also this option `3. Click "Sync Okta Verify Time"` does not exist in the application
