Hi @t9akm (t9akm) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Custom roles are not supported for this. SuperAdmin permissions are required. Please see the following:

    https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/okta-workflows-limitations-regarding-assigning-the-okta-workflows-application-to-super-admins?language=en_US

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

@t9akm (t9akm) - When you create the new role and look under the "Select Permissions" you should see this as an option as a possible selection (they are unchecked by default)

If not. Delegated flows is likely not enabled on this Org.

On your Okta Admin UI if you scroll to the bottom you should see what cell your org belongs to. Example: OK12 Cell (US)

Then if you can provide this information and your subdomain I can check.

    Cell: OK14 US Cell

    Subdomain: https://trial-9936427.okta.com

Can you plz help sorting this out asap.

@t9akm (t9akm)  -- Sorry I am not around over the weekends. You should now have Delegated as an option on that tenant.

Confirm it under Workflow > Delegated Flows on the Admin UI. Then you should be able to create a role and select Workflow options shown in my previous SS.

@TimL.58332 (Workflows) Yes I can see Delegated Flows now. But now I tried adding a resource and creating a custom role for delegated flows. Now when the person who is assigned to this role, logs into the admin dashboard is not able to see any delegated flow under the Wrokflows > Delegated Flows on Admin UI. Though I have chosen the delegated flow in the resources when creating resources. And later tried with adding all workflows as well, But same issue was there. Any suggestions what could be wrong there?
