eninv (eninv) asked a question.
Is there any way that we can modify the immutableID ? Here is my scenario
From tenant one, I am trying to reach an application that is residing in the tenant 2, So i have two IDs added in that application. and each has distinct immutableIDs and stops the tenant two id to get authneticated. If we replace the tenant two id with tenant one id it will work

Hi @eninv (eninv) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
Not sure what the context/app is here but the idea for an immutableID is to not be changed.
That being said, the term immutableID comes up when working with the Microsoft apps. If you are referring to the M365 app, if I'm not mistaking, that could be changed via Powershell, but this would be outside of Okta's purview, so I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support to discuss the use case.
If you are dealing with some kind of custom attributes that you've set up in Okta for your apps, you can look into a custom attribute mapping is the apps are Provisioning enabled.
Reference documentation can be found here:

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
