Is anyone using old-fashioned 2D barcodes printed on name badges and scanners as a second factor? This is something our users carry with them for door access anyway (not RFID, physical swipes with a printed barcode) and I'm looking to potentially add this as a second factor in Okta.

At this time Okta does not have this particular implementation, however you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
