Trying to figure out why our users (myself included) are so frequently asked to authenticate via okta verify. Once a user logs into windows and opens MS Teams if we then access one of the mentioned integrated apps (Box, 8x8, Netsuite) Etc we get the Okta prompt and then verify. Sometime we will be good for a few days to a week, Other times if Teams is closed or a reboot happens or maybe nothing at all we get prompted to authenticate again. Is there somewhere to manage the time or reason for reauthentication? Maybe a policy setting or something?

Hello @JoshuaP.87795 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
The prompt for re-authentication indicates that the app session has expired. From Okta we do not control the session on the application side. Would there be something that would terminate the session on the application side or controlled from your network? Something that would clear the cookies for these applications?
