My goal is for a user to be able to sign up for an account, but by default they will not have access to any apps. An admin will review the account and then grant them access to the app.
It seems like I should be able to do per the documentation page titled "Configure Self Service approval workflow", however in Step 7 I do not see any "Approval" section, so I can't follow along with the remaining steps.
There's another documentation page titled "Enable self-service access to apps", but again there is mention of an "Approval" column in the "Available Apps" pane, and this "Approval" column simply isn't there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I created a case with Okta Support and was informed that this is an additional feature that must be paid for. That's why I don't see the Approval section/column.
