MarkK.05991 (Washington County) asked a question.

Self Service Approval - Multiple approvers, only requiring to be approved by one of the approvers

I want to build out an approval process for an application and wondering if there is a way to select multiple approvers for the application but only require the application to be approved by one of the listed approvers?

Currently the way I am understanding the KBA - Configure Self Service approval workflow | Okta - If you add multiple users as approvers, this creates a chain approval process which requires all list approvers to approve the request. This isn't really what I am looking for.

If this is possible, can someone possibly explain how to list multiple approvers but only require one to approve the request?

Thank you

    Hi Mark,

This can be accomplished by okta identity governance.
