CISCO ASA Radius causing login failures on multiple users and receiving notifications of getting locked out but technically not.
Upon checking the logs its CISCO ASA Radius causing it and showing logins were from various IPs/locations.
Authentication of user via Radius
FAILURE: Login denied. No matching user is assigned to Radius App Cisco ASA VPN (RADIUS).

This error indicates that the user does not have the correct username when they have been assigned to the application. Please see a similar article and how to resolve this issue:
