How to create support case on preview tenants?

I have a few preview tenants. I use these tenants primarily for developing or testing our new things for production. If we have issues with these preview tenants, how can we get some support on it?

    Hi @DanielW.17683 (Customer)​ , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community! 

     

    Support cases are not available for free developer/trial accounts.  

    If you have a paid Production account, you can use it to sign into the Support site and open a case. In the case you can reference your associated preview orgs that require assistance.   

    You can also leverage the general Okta Help Center as well as the dedicated Developer resources under https://developer.okta.com and https://devforum.okta.com/ .

    What about non-developer, but from AE configured accounts?

    i.e. this is not one of those dev-xxxxxx.okta.com tenant.

     

    Would there be any support ?
