    Hi, @User16550821499182127600 (Customer)

Thank you for posting on our Community page!

Here is an article that can shed some light on this issue:

    https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/issue-reported-by-the-remote-server?language=en_US

In short, If there are no other events that might give the assumption there is more to this issue (i.e. an attribute miss-mapped or a provisioning issue) but only the error message: Errors reported by remote server, this means the issue is directly from the application side.

To address this situation, please raise the issue with the application's Support Team or their Application Admin for further investigation and determine why is their application returning this error to Okta.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
