Custom Admin Roles bug/issue: Checkboxes are misleading!
So I was making a custom role and needed it to allow admins to add/remove users and also view/edit the app settings.
So naturally I clicked the box 'manage applications'. But lo and behold, checking that seems to allow a lot more privileges:
Add and Delete!
The correct assignment choice should be:
BUT! after remove the top checkbox, the admins complained that they couldn't edit/manage saml/sso configs any more.
So I would suggest that Okta change the perms to have add/remove as a 3rd option under manage apps as well as an edit app settings as a 4th?

The option "edit application's user assignment" does not allow you to change the SAML settings, that is referring to the assignment tab where you can add or remove users from the application.
Only manage applications option provides the ability to edit the SAML settings.
