I have set up access requests with the flow of a justification question, requester's manager approval, then either IT approval or assignment of the license by Okta, then placed into a app user group. The flow works great, except for the manager approval. That seems to get skipped over every time, and I am wondering if there is a mapping issue to the manager's account. Does anyone know what field that is using? We had to do some unique mapping to make our Workday integration work as intended, so that could be the cause. I'm wondering if its possible to learn how its mapped, and change it if needed to make it work. The manager approval is an important step in our flow because it shows the manager had visibility of an access request.

@BobR.01866 (Customer) managerId is utilized by default but alternate attribute can be mapped. The value needs to be able to resolve to an actual user. So login, email, okta userId values must be used.
