If the manager submits the request on behalf of their employee, to bypass the approval sequence in Access Request

At this time there is not currently a way to bypass the manager approval if the manager was requesting on behalf of a user.
However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
