Login with multiple emails using the same domain

We have a teammate who needs to use two different emails to log in to two different instances for the same platform. Is there a way for them to do this? At this moment it keeps defaulting to their first email.

    it seems now it is not impossible support one okta user to multiple app user which can select.

    At this time there is no way to assign a user to an application with multiple usernames, your user would need to have 2 separate Okta accounts.

    If the application is SWA and not SAML, you can create an additional application for the additional email.
